Wellbeing in focus

We know wellbeing is so much more than just food, it is reflected in our behaviours, lifestyle choices, and self-care. Our programme, Wellbeing in Focus, is comprised of three key pillars that aim to support our customers’ holistic wellness goals and actively encourage our customers to take wellness into their own hands, through the creation of healthier environments and mindsets. Our goal is to create a wellbeing programme that has a positive impact on our customers, communities and employees.

Wellbeing in Focus will provide easily accessible health information and choices, that are relatable, digestible and achievable by bringing together what we eat (and why), with the way we think and the way we move. This will deliver energetic, wellness-focused content, awareness campaigns and food choices.

Move For 30 is a physical activity awareness campaign to encourage all users to meet the daily physical activity recommendation of 30-minutes per day.

The campaign aims to motivate users to meet the recommended activity levels with the use of “exercise bites” – short bursts of activity throughout the day – in an achievable, enjoyable and sociable manner.

Feed your Potential 365 focuses on improving our food choices and relationship with food, by discovering what food can do to feed our potential and fuel our performance, 365 days a year.

When on-site, our customers can be assured of an offer that suits their preferences, dietary requirements, individual goals and dietary patterns.
